The target group of the project are SMEs representing various sectors, various positions in the supply chain including engineering companies, various sizes (from micro scale enterprises to medium-sized), and various background in ecodesign.

Bio-based plastics industry uses renewable resources to produce plastic materials and products which reduce the industrial consumption of non-renewable raw materials. Currently available Product Category Rules (PCRs) for bio-based plastics will be analysed. more

Industrial machines are very energy intensive running on a 2 or 3 shift basis or even fully autonomous, up to 24h a day. Therefore the other product life cycle phases are in most case less important and the use phase should be focused. more
