News from LCA to go

The Taiwanese research organisation ITRI hosted a workshop on FP7 in Hsinchu, the center of the domestic high-tech industry. LCA to go partners UMC and Fraunhofer IZM shared their experience with developing a joint European-Taiwanese project and explained the benefits of such a cooperation. The event was well attended by 80 participants from industry and the research community. The Czech FP7 National Contact Point gave a presentation on FP/ basics. At a back-to-back workshop UMC presented first results of their needs assessment related to LCA to go among their clients in Taiwan.
